Sales Representative – Off-Road Vehicles Dept.
Main Tasks :
- Retail sales of shock absorbers for Off-Road Vehicles in North America and Europe
- Develop dealer and distribution network in North America and Europe
- Customer service
- Occasional traveling required (tradeshows, races, etc.)
Experience Required:
- Experience in sales/distribution of Off-Road Vehicles and/or parts
- 2 years minimum in phone sales
Required Personal Qualities:
- Very good knowledge of the Off-Road industry
- Knowledge in suspension
- Perfectly bilingual (french/english, written and oral)
- Good seller (closer)
- Polyvalent
- Able to manage priorities
- Experience in riding off-road vehicles (preferred)
Work Conditions :
- Salary: Hourly + commissions
- Permanent, full-time position

Service Technician – Carlsbad Location
Main Tasks :
- Service work on Elka products (refurbishing, modification, warranty service, etc.)
- Basic customer service
- Manage shipping (in/out) of products
- Work under supervision from the Elka Factory Service Dept.
- Occasional traveling for technical support at events (races, etc.)
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in suspension servicing/tuning
Required Personal Qualities:
- Strong knowledge of internal suspension work (powersports applications)
- Familiar with general computer use (Office Suite, emails, etc.)
- Autonomous and polyvalent
- Able to manage priorities
- Punctuality and reliability a must
- Experience in ATV and motorcycle riding/mechanics an asset
