Round 1 Wild Boar GNCC
Race went well had bad start because quad didn’t fire, pushed my way through the pack to get 3rd out of 27. Elka shocks worked great and saved me from the brutal Florida race.
Round 2 Maxxis General GNCC
Round 2 was a mud fest but I tend to excel in these conditions. Had another bad start due to my own fault of stalling it on the start. Went into the woods running 5th to last out of 35 people. Track was very ruff with lots of holes people to get stuck in, but I made a few smart lines to by pass people stuck and came in first lap being in first place. Ran first place till middle of third lap where I lost my back brakes and 2nd place caught up to me. I held him off till I had to pit for fuel because I couldn’t make whole race without stopping, and tried to push to get back to first but without back brakes it was hard for me to push to catch first place. So I decided to be smart and settle for second of out of 35 in my class and my personal best overall in afternoon race getting 25th overall out of 147. I want to give bug thanks for the support this year and the shocks have been working great!!!
