Last weekend was held the 11th Edition of the famous 12 Hours of La Tuque Endurance Race. The weather was perfect with hot days and sun, which helped the event achieve a very good attendance, which was in a very festive mood. The racing action was awesome with several teams battling for a shot at the top step on the podium.
Once again, Team Motoworks/DWT/Can-Am took the victory. A loose rock put on stop on their engine and they were stuck in the pits for the very last minutes of the event. Their advance was enough for them to secure the win but it was a very tight call. Team PY Racing with riders Brian Wolf, Jarrod McClure and Pierre-Yves Denault came across the finish line with only 1 lap down on the leaders and alas, not enough time to complete another lap. They ended up with a 2nd Place and more determination to win next year.
